GPS tour suggestions
In recent years, we have developed numerous GPS routes ourselves and are more than happy to make these available for individual tours. You can download these to your GPS device once you are here.
Emergency card and pick-up service
At the start of your individual tour, you will receive a card with all the important contact numbers in case of an emergency. If you have to interrupt your tour at some point along the way, our pick-up service ensures that you will be able to return to the hotel quickly and safely.
Daily tour provisions
Even though our biker’s breakfast buffet will leave no one hungry when they start their day of biking – the dreaded “bonk” on a tour or a downhill trail comes quicker than you think. That’s why we provide you daily with isotonic drinks, energy bars, and fruit.
The Alpine Chalet TrophyThe weekly highlight for all bikers: the tour to our alpine chalet at an elevation of 1,480 m with sunbathing area, heated pool, and tasty BBQ in the form of a small, in-house race. The Alpine Chalet Trophy even brings a gleam to the eye of die-hard regular guests, since the hours spent at our rustic chalet combine a pool party, culinary enjoyment, and a fun race into an unforgettable experience.
Lockable bike garage
Your time away from pedaling should be laid-back and carefree. Which is why you will be able to store your bike securely in our bike garage with a video surveillance system.
Repair shop
In our garage you will find everything needed to fix your bike – a work stand, lube and maintenance products, as well as the necessary tools for repairs. If you are unable to repair the problem yourself, our Bike´n Soul shop is only a 2 min. walk from the hotel. Our team of mechanics has golden hands and will get your bike up and running again before you know it.
Bike wash
Our own bike wash right in front of the hotel ensures bikes as clean as a whistle, even after the dustiest of tours and muddiest of downhills. And, on the next morning, your spotless bike will be ready to hit the next set of trails.
10% discount in the Bike´n Soul shops
As guests, you will receive a discount of 10% off purchases or rentals at our Bike´n Soul shop at Bike Hotel Conrad. The shops are located right at the valley station of the Reiterkogelbahn and Schattberg Xpress lift, and offer high-quality brands such as Adidas outdoor, Adidas eyewear, Scott, Rotwild, Formula, Marzocchi, Platzangst, Jean Tex Rain/ Underwear, IXS, Qloom, Trek, and Nortwave. In the Bike´n Soul shops there is also a wide range of tour, freeride, and downhill bikes from Scott and Rotwild in the rental and test center.
